The Harmony Advanced Surface Technology Economic Interest Group is governed by its articles, deposited with the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Strasbourg and by its memorandum of association. Thus, to become a member of the Economic Interest Group, it is necessary to submit a detailed request in writing as a corporate body, to the Economic Interest Group's sole Administrator.
If the request is granted, a special majority of the Extraordinary General Meeting will rule on the decision. The maximum time required is 45 days.
The Economic Interest Group is defined as a variable capital group with no limit to the number of its members or the time they are to stay present.
The initiation fee for the Economic Interest Group is to be considered as an investment made to obtain the quality of member and which is repaid in full, in accordance with certain conditions, when a corporate body requests permission to leave the group.
The fee is 20,000 €, a fixed and invariable part of the capital to be paid in full when entering the Economic Interest Group. It gives the right to vote at the General Meeting and gives access to the Economic Interest Group's facilities, this right being divided equally among the members.
Its operating costs and financial equilibrium are ensured by a quarterly call for funding of a variable amount by the Economic Interest Group. This is defined in the memorandum of association depending on its financial situation and the number of members.
